I strongly believe that you cannot out train a bad diet and nutrition plays a key role in your overall health and well-being.  This plan can be for anyone! It will teach you how to make healthy choices, how to control portion sizes, and how to eat according to your goals.  After sending me your information and dietary preferences I will calculate your nutrition goals customized for your needs and goals.  I will design a plan just for you.  This plan will have an example of one full day of eating, and then I will teach you how to take that plan and make substitutions for some variation throughout the week.  After the week is complete you will check in with me, and I will adjust your nutrition plan accordingly and send you a new plan.  These plans are very fluid and can tailored to your needs and goals.  We will work together to help you achieve your goals!  **Training programs are created/sold separately or client uses his/her own program. **  $199 billed monthly
