Tips for taking progress photos:
 
  • Weigh yourself first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything
  • Try to wear the same outfit each week: Swim suits, sports bras, underwear, tight fitting shorts, etc.
  • Try to take the photos in the same location with the same lighting
  • I am looking for front and back pictures with hands on hips
  • Side photo with arm extended in front of you
  • Measurements at minimum: Bicep, Waist, Hips, Thigh
